In-deep-end'ence stroll
What started as a almost empty tank car drive, with almost empty stomach, geared up for some water sport activity on a July 4th ... ended up in this historically significant state park ... preserving the initial settlers' villages, their houses/buildings, artifacts, all that history class stuff!!
Soooo without much further ado ... here goes the picture story ...
The place ... Allaire State park! (Another park ..... :O Seriously Sasee ... !!)

The Visitor Center ... (I should have alarmed by the looks of this VC itself [equivalent of "Appovey doubt aanean" ... it aint a regular state park !!)
What's a history village without a Church (checkout the salary the 'Church Minister' is getting during 1832 !! Probably the IT jobs of 18th Century ... probably still is - who knows !!)
Here I start to 'hike' ... its a 'easy to get lost' kind of park ... despite having a well marked trail guides, its sort of ... how do I say that ... good place to lose oneself ;)
Way to the Nature Center ... (looking at the pamphlets given at the VC, seems like some days of the summer months, there are so much activities planned here in these buildings !!)
Somewhere in the wilderness ...
Railroad exhibition ... (this is how it all started in USA ... the railroads - reminds me of Atlas Shrugged ;) )
'Angry' Me ... :P (yet another photo experiments going awkward ... )

This is story of how the 8 hours Kayaking trip planned for Monday ended up as cycling in the beach :)
Headed off to the Sandy Hook beach ... one of the good beaches in NJ :)

This is the eastern tip of the NJ ... ! The very last corner ... |
I could say ... its the topless tent !! I was camping here for sometime :P |
NewYork city across these waters ...! |
Yeah .. my giant foot steps :) Usually I do this ... a pic of my footsteps on the beach sands ! |
Yet another signature shot ... a self Shilhouette shot! I always do this ... |
When I started off ... it was around 8:30 PM and a good experience overall :)
Raymondskill Falls ...
Walking down the trail ... the first glimpse of the tallest waterfalls in PA! |
Still on the trails ... but managed a quick peak :) |
Just before the head of the falls ... YES you guessed it right ... this is where I would love to take a bath :) |
Giving some idea of the water flow to this point ... |
The falls head ... not sure what these logs doing here blocking the view !! |
So now ... contrasting scenery !! |
Heading down ... another view ... another quick peek! |
The trail view ... |
Almost there to gasp at the full view ... |
Officially presenting you the Raymondskill falls ... |
Sooo ... U know why these falls are still beautiful? DISTANCE thaan kaaranam !!! ... Look where we are and where the falls is ... ! |
Heyyy ... Who's the guy? |
The falls continues to another dip !! Its quite amazing and we cannot see the full view of the falls ( I mean the full length view of these chunks together) |
Poona foto la out of focusla iruntha falls ... ippo full picturela !! Minnalae style :P |
Another dangerous shot ... |
A moment of solitude ... |
Another view ... |
Whats a nature trip without wild flowers :) |
The totally eerie downhill trial starts now :O |
The only company I had while I hike down the trail is these falls and their sound :) |
Another such company ... |
OK ladies and gentleman ... THIS IS IT !! Yes ... isolated riverbed is where I took the plunge ... finally ! |
On my way back ... couldn't just resist :) |
