Sunday Samayal ;)

Yello folks ...
What would one - tired, picky on taste, hungry as a bear - great cook (he he he), do on a lazy Sunday afternoon for Lunch !! Follows his instincts of course ...

Here you go ... a pictorial recipe to a relishing lunch ...

1) 4 (for) eggs ... 2 first - for the base! 2 later for the topping!
Beat it with all your fav masalas ... which ever suits your flavor / palate ... (in my case I've loaded it with quite a few spicy ones ... turning the color of the mix to a spicy reddish)

2) Bottom first !
Spread the mix in a mild hot pan coated with a thin layer of cooking oil (in my case its Olive oil) ... leaving it to cook evenly ... Once done, transfer this to a separate plate (this would be our base) !!

3) Crumble for the Rumble !
Here comes the part which makes our lunch more interesting to munch...!! Grab a OR two packs of chips (same or different flavors) ... crumble them using your hands (கை பக்குவம் ரொம்ப முக்கியம் :P) inside the bag itself !! Oh yeah ... for those counting calories... go for a healthy option ... baked chips ;)

4) Spread it gently ...!
Top the base with the mixture that we just crushed ... remember the kai pakkuvam !! Add some spicy sauce to bring in the extra kick ... (options could be ketchup (yuck), mayonnaise (double yuck), ranch dressing, Olive oil, etc ... just go for it)

5) Seal it with a eggKiss topping...!
Same as step # 1 with two more eggs (go for a different set of masalas for this beat if you are interested ... I did!)

Ummm ... yummy indeed!! A crunchy meal with two soft layers of beaten eggs omelets .. could be done in minutes !!

Haaah ... what's a Sunday meal without a dessert ... Chocolate muffin to the final touch ;)

Go ahead ... try it out and post your feedback :)
Any such weird tryouts / suggestions are most welcome ... !
